After ordering online, you will receive an email confirmation from eWAY containing your order details (if you have provided your email address). We will normally confirm receipt of your order within a few minutes of ordering. We will attempt to send your goods via courier/post within 1-5 working days, ‘once your payment has cleared’. However if goods are unavailable, delivery will take a little longer. You will be contacted and notified from the contact details you have provided that delivery will take a little longer, once we become aware of the situation or the item is delayed due to a processing delay, the item being sold out or out of stock, or there is a delay with third party delivery.

We do not give refunds on services provided, items, parts, equipment and products that have been delivered.
Faulty items, parts, equipment, products and materials are subject to the manufacturers warrantees and manufacturers specific terms and conditions.
Service Warranty 1; Labour warranty is 30 days. Parts and materials used are subject to the manufactures / parts distributer, warrantees and terms.
Service Warranty 2; No warranty will be supplied where a customer has supplied their own parts and materials.
Equipment and Product Warranty; All Equipment and products that are sold by Manyana Electrical will state the warranty period for each item, under the product information and will be titled ‘Warranty’. All product information can be found on manyana.com.au, in our web shop for each product or equipment sold. The warrantees stated are the manufactures warranty for the product / equipment and is subject to the manufactures terms and conditions. We advise that you view the terms and conditions of the manufacture for the product / equipment before purchasing. Our policy does not apply to goods which have been miss used, damaged, dropped or if any attempt has been made to alter the product.

Any return will need to be approved by Manyana Electrical and will be at the discretion of Manyana Electrical. All approved returns; products must be unused, haven’t been damaged, returned in their original condition. All postage and insurance costs are to be paid by the buyer. We recommend that you return the product via Registered post and that you pre pay all postage and insurances. You assume any risk of loss, theft or damage to goods during transit; therefore we advise you take out shipment registration and insurance with your postal carrier. Manyana Electrical will not be responsible for parcels lost or damaged in transit, whether or not, you choose not to insure.
